SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship orders using a variety of packaging methods, including padded envelopes and recycled boxes, depending on the size and quantity of items in your order. Packaging may vary, but all items are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Savur Outdoors is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist when possible.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
