At Savur Outdoors, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Every Savur product is backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering structural components against defects in materials and workmanship.
We build these to perform in real-world outdoor conditions. If a structural component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
WHAT’S COVERED
If any structural component of your Savur product is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship within five (5) years of the original purchase date, Savur Outdoors will replace the entire float at no charge.
We do not repair or replace individual components under warranty. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, a full replacement unit will be provided.
To initiate a warranty claim, email sales@savuroutdoors.com and include proof of purchase, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
All warranty claims are reviewed prior to approval to determine whether the condition is the result of a manufacturing defect.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, normal wear and tear, impact damage, crushing, or unintended environmental exposure.
This warranty also does not cover any equipment the Savur product is attached to, including fishing rods, action cameras, fishing bows, or other personal items.
Savur Outdoors is not responsible for lost or damaged equipment attached to the product.
SALT ELEMENT POLICY
Salt elements (Halky-Roberts salt bobbins) are consumable components and are excluded from the 5-Year Limited Warranty. These parts are designed to dissolve when exposed to water and are considered single-use components.
If you receive a cracked or defective salt bobbin within ten (10) days of delivery, Savur Outdoors will replace it at no charge.
If a salt element appears to be degrading prematurely, contact sales@savuroutdoors.com with photos and a description of the issue. Because salt elements are water-activated components, communication with Savur Outdoors is required so we can properly evaluate the condition and determine whether the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect or water exposure.
Any signs of water immersion or damage to the dissolvable ribs will void coverage.
If a salt element is determined to be defective prior to water exposure, a replacement will be shipped promptly.
