30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items purchased directly from Savur Outdoors.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in original packaging

The item must be in like-new condition

 

To start a return, please email sales@savuroutdoors.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

To request an exchange, email sales@savuroutdoors.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges. Savur Outdoors will cover shipping on the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
